Menorah Housing Foundation owns and manages eighteen senior apartment buildings totaling 1,221 units, geographically dispersed throughout Los Angeles County. Local community partners assist MHF to inform qualified seniors of affordable housing opportunities. One new building is currently under development in the North Hollywood area of the City of Los Angeles.

- $28,550 maximum income for one person households
- $32,600 maximum income for two person households
Application periods are announced by public notice in local newspapers, at senior centers, easily accessible community sites, and on the Menorah Housing Foundation Leasing phone line at (310) 477-1476. Interested applicants are encouraged to call the Leasing Information Line approximately every thirty days to learn of new housing opportunities and any application deadlines. As apartments become available, applicants are interviewed in order of their status on the waiting list, and must provide third party verification of age and income eligibility. Only one application is accepted per household.
