For more than three decades, Menorah Housing Foundation has managed affordable senior housing and provided an array of supportive services. Over many years of experience in managing affordable senior housing, the overall needs of tenants in MHF properties receive highest priority. Recreational activities, entertainment programs, and resource and referral options are available to residents. On-site professional MHF Service Coordinators offer case management, needs assessment, and a variety of informational workshops to assist building tenants.

MHF also utilizes the expertise of local community agencies to offer on-site tenant programs such as English language classes, computer training, legal assistance, healthy aging and financial planning, to promote empowerment and a sense of community among MHF residents. A comprehensive MHF Service Coordination program assists tenants to remain independent in their own homes as long as feasible and creates a supportive environment for the many MHF tenants who live alone.
